Hello- I have read mixed reviews about Tony's Town Square. We currently have ADRs there 4 our July trip. Wondering if we should cancel & use our 5 credits somewhere else? HELP PLEASE!? Also have adrs @ Kouz, 1900(pm),biergten,H&V, and garden g

    Hi Michelle,

Personally, I'm somewhat "meh" on Tony's Town Square. The location is spectacular and the food is fine, but not outstanding or particularly unique. In my mind, there are many other superior dining experiences at Walt Disney World.

However, the question of whether to cancel your meal depends on a number of factors. Did you plan Tony's on your Magic Kingdom touring day? Do you have a Park Hopper and the ability to visit another park to dine? Is there some sentimental reason why Tony's is meaningful for your family (you're Lady and the Tramp fans, for example)? Do you have a relatively tame palate and prefer familiar foods?

As an alternative to Tony's, if you want to stay in the general Magic Kingdom area, you might want to look into availability at either Kona Cafe or Ohana at the Polynesian resort. These both have better food than Tony's and are convenient to Magic Kingdom touring. I'm also a big fan of the food at the Wave in the Contemporary, but younger children might not be as happy here.

If you'd be willing to go to other WDW locations, you could try Boma or Sanaa at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for unique African dishes. Or you might consider adding a signature meal to your plans.
