I have read that Memory Maker is not compatible with Mac Computers. If this is true, how will I be able to download my photos? I own a Mac, and iPad, and an iPhone. My husband does have a PC.

    Hi there Barbara,

Thank you for writing us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a Fantasmic day.

Memory Maker is a digital download option for capturing all your Disney photos while vacationing at the Disney Parks. You download them to your computer or any storage venue you choose (flash drive, cd etc). Then you may print them however you wish. Memory Maker includes photos from select dining locations and attractions, as well as the photos taken throughout the parks from Disney PhotoPass Photographers.

Some Memory Maker content may require Adobe Flash to be installed. Memory Maker will be compatible with a Mac computer if you have Adobe Flash installed. If you are using a smart phone or tablet or similar device, generally these products tend to not be compatible with Adobe Flash.

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please write us back on how we can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.

    Wishing you magic!
