I read a lot about reserving the nursery when it becomes available but how does it work? Do you pick time slots? Do you just register and choose times when onboard? Are you able to reschedule or cancel if you no longer need it at that time or day?

Ahoy Maritza!  I am so glad you have cruised back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I hope you are enjoying all the planning for your upcoming spooky high seas adventure on the Disney Dream!  In no time you'll be stepping onboard and hearing your name announced as your magical vacation begins.  On the Disney Dream I usually head straight to Vanellope's Sweets and Treats for some macaroons while I wait for my stateroom, then the next day for a snack and then the day after that for second dessert...you get the idea!

For some sweet care for your little one, the "it's a small world" nursery is a perfect space to allow them freedom and playtime on their vacation.  Advance reservations  for specific dates and times are required for the nursery.  Reservations are limited so I recommend you book time online before your sailing during your Online Check-In.  Reservations are available onboard on a first come, first serve basis during open house on Embarkation Day or during the length of your cruise based on availability.  Book your nursery time early to ensure you get the timeframe that you want.  There is an additional fee for your child's time in the nursery.  Cancellations received four hours prior to your reservation will not be charged, but if you cancel within four hours of your reservation or do not show for your scheduled time, you will be charged.

Another great space for your little one to explore is Nemo's Reef (Deck 11, Midship).  This splash pad type water area is perfect for the little ones to expend some energy and cool off during your sailing.  Protected from the sun, this area is colorful and fun featuring your favorite characters from Finding Nemo with many water features to keep everyone busy!

Enjoy making memories with your pirate-in-training!  Bon voyage! Angie
