I have read that on the Key to the World Cards that you can leave a credit card or cash for charging. If I put a cash amount on the Key Card and dont use the entire amount, will I be refunded the money at check out or does the resort do it differently?

    Hi Catherine!

You should have no problem using cash for your charging privileges (and receiving a refund) if you choose not to use a credit card.

Another way to handle this (and how I've handled it in the past) is to provide a credit card at check-in for my Key to the World charging privileges. Then I stop by the lobby concierge once or twice during my stay and asking to see the list of charges and paying them by cash or gift card. When I handle the transactions in this way, I'm not worried about if I've put too little or too much cash down on my card, nor do I have to worry about refunds. Seeing a total a few times per vacation also helps me keep track of our expenses and if we're sticking to budget.

    Hope this helps!
