Hi, I have read that the hotels offer a character tuck in service, is this true? Or is it just at the Swan & Dolphin Hotels at Christmas?

    Hi Zoe,

This is not something that's offered at the Disney hotels. To the best of my knowledge this is not something that has ever been offered to the general public. If it were offered, the logistics would be mind boggling.

The in-room TVs do have a special channel on which characters read stories. I've sometimes heard this referred to as a "tuck in." Also, the Magic Kingdom has a small good-night presentation that's referred to as the "Kiss Goodnight." These may be the source of some of the confusion.

Also, the Swan and Dolphin have sometimes offered a fee-based tuck-in service during the holiday season, but this is done by Santa's elves, not Disney characters.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
