    I have read that you can go on line at 6:00 am to make ADR's but I can't find if that is 6:00 am Eastern or what time zone it is...

    The new day's dining reservations become available online at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. If prefer to  call to make dining reservations, the phone lines at 407-WDW-DINE open at 7:00 a.m. EST.
