I just read on your forum about Auto Train. What is it and how do I get more information?

The Auto Train is an Amtrack service. Trains leave from near Washington DC (Lorton, Virginia) and arrive near Orlando (Sanford, Florida). You drive your car onto the train. Then you go sit in the regular passenger cars. At the end, both you and your vehicle are in sunny Florida. My family did this once when I was a child and I remember thinking it was pretty cool.

For more information about this, you need to contact Amtrack directly. The website is amtrack.com. If you search there on "auto train," you'll find an FAQ and booking details.
