I read that the entire party needs identification to get into the DVMCP. My son is 7. Should I bring a copy of his birth certificate? Any information is greatly appreciated. This panel ROCKS! Thanks

I think there may be some confusion. There are LOTS of acronyms floating around out there, but I am not familiar with "DVMCP." What I think you may be referring to is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (also called MVMCP).

MVMCP does not require identification or proof of age. What it does require is a ticket. The Party requires a separate admission ticket for each member of your group. This is not included with your regular theme park admission or park hopper ticket.

The Christmas Party is not the same thing as Extra Magic Hours, a program where Disney resort guests can stay in the parks longer than other guests. Extra Magic Time does not occur during the evening parties at the Magic Kingdom. Extra Magic time IS included with the purchase of a regular park admission ticket. The only identification needed here is your Key to the World Card (your hotel room key).
