    I've read that buses to the water parks and Disney Springs are only available after 4:00pm at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Is this accurate?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We love to help with Walt Disney World vacation planning details!

    You're going to love Disney's Contemporary Resort. I think this resort is one of the most iconic buildings at Walt Disney World. I am still in awe when I watch the monorail travel through the building!

    Bus transportation from the resort to Disney Springs, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park begin very early each morning. Generally, buses will begin transporting guests to these locations, along with the theme parks, about 30 to 60 minutes prior to their opening each morning. At 4 pm daily, bus transportation will begin from each of the theme parks directly to Disney Springs. This helps guests transition from a day of park touring to evening activities such as dinner, entertainment, or shopping.

    While you are enjoying time at Disney Springs, be sure to check out some of the best dining establishments at Walt Disney World. Our family never misses an opportunity to grab a gourmet grab-and-go treat at the Ghiradelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop. It is the perfect spot for a chocoholic like me! My favorite treat is the Decadent Drinking Chocolate topped with extra cream. Trust me, you won't be disappointed if you try one!

    My Disney Experience is a great transportation resource to help you during your vacation. Be sure to download the mobile app before you arrive. Once you are at Walt Disney World, you'll be able to use the mobile app to see transportation routes and approximate bus arrival times. This will come in handy when you are at Disney's Contemporary Resort and would like to know when the next bus will arrive.
