    I've read that the buses run about an hour prior to park opening. For parks that have EMH in the morning, are they running off the EMH or the ACTUAL park opening? We will be staying at Ft Wilderness and want to take advantage of morning EMH.

    Hi Tami!

    I'm so happy to read that you are planning on taking advantage of the Extra Magic Hours while you are at Walt Disney World.  We always do and are able to enjoy our favorite attractions quite a few times before the park starts to fill up.  The buses will start running about 1 hour prior to the Extra Magic Hours on the days they are offered.  We always try to get to the bus stop about 45 minutes prior to park opening to ensure we get there on time.  We do make a pit stop at the resort food court to fill up our Rapid Fill Refillable Mugs first!

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
