I read your answer on podcasts and am very interested in listening to them while I'm training for the 2010 Goofy challenge! I have no idea how to even get podcasts and how much they cost etc. Could you please take me through this process? Thank you!

    Hi Rebecca,

Wow how fantastic you're training for the marathon, I'm entered in the Expedition Everest 5K at the end of next month and I can't even run all of that!!!

I'm pretty new to podcasts too but I have found it to be a very simple process to get them onto my iPod. The way I do it is to go directly to iTunes, I type in WDW Podcast in the search function and lots of titles will appear. It may take a while to find the ones you like as there are so many but as a rough guide look at the star rating next to the podcast. You then simply click subscribe on the ones you require and they'll download to your account. You can set your iTunes library to automatically download new episodes when they're released and the best bit is most if not all of them are free :-)

If you don't have iTunes then most podcasts have their own web page, here you'll normally find a link to download it and most often provide free software if required. A good list of Disney Podcasts can be found at www.disneypodcastdirectory.net You can see the Disney page which has full instructions on how to download by clicking HERE.

Hope that helps and you enjoy listening whilst you train,

    Jo
