Re online ADR my ? is: can you still make your ressies for the length of your stay when you reach your 90 day window?

Generally yes, but it depends on how you booked your reservation. When making online dining reservations, there is field to input your resort confirmation number. If you don't enter anything in this field, you will be able to make dining reservations online up to 90 days in advance. If you enter your resort confirmation number in field, you will be able to make dining reservations for up to 90 days, plus up to ten additional days of your trip (depending on the length of your stay).

The online dining reservation system is brand new and there are a few glitches that Disney is aware of and is working on. For example, the system is not currently accepting resort confirmation numbers that were booked through a travel agent or through the Disney Vacation Club. If your hotel was booked in either of these ways, you can still make online dining reservations for up to 90 days ahead, but you will not be able to take advantage of the 90 + 10 perk online. If your resort was booked through a travel agent or the DVC and you want to use the 90 + 10 perk, you should make your dining reservations via the Disney Dining phone number at 407-WDW-DINE.  We have not heard any news on when this problem will be resolved.
