    When do rates for the next year usually come out? I only heard "summer" but does that mean June, July? I want to get our Reservation at the villas at wilderness Lodge (dvc) the day the rates come out!Thank you all, you have been so helpful in our

    Thank you for another fantastic question!

    Cash prices for Walt Disney World Resort hotels are generally released in the Summer, it is true. I wish I could be more specific, but I have not noticed a hard pattern. What I can tell you is that you should feel free to reserve your Resort hotel accommodations now, and if you are interested in amending that once the 2017 rates are released, you would be free to do so. At least this way you would have your reservation at The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge secured.  

    If you are wondering about the Disney Vacation Club Point Charts for 2017, I would expect that to be released either in November or December of 2016.  

    Walt Disney World Resort announces fantastic promotions which can really help stretch those vacation dollars with some real regularity. You will want to check out the Special Offers page as your countdown for your magical vacation ticks away. Of course, Hakuna Matata, have no worries, because when an offer is announced, under most circumstances you can simply call a Disney Vacation Advisor and add it right to your existing reservation.

    You might also consider subscribing to the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news, events, and offers as you plan your incredible vacation.
