Is there a quiet cool place in/near the MK to let my 4 year old rest if she needs quiet down time or a nap? Our hotel is a bit far to leave the park & then come back to the park. Its our first time visiting, and she might go on sensory overload.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacey! How wonderful to hear that you are getting ready to go on your very first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! I'm so excited for you and your family!

One of the most convenient aspects of visiting the theme parks with little ones is the comfort that you will find in the Baby Care Centers available to you and your child at every park. If your little mouseketeer needs a break at any time during the day, or even if you do and would love to spend some down time with him/her, away from all the excitement, rest assured that you will find all the comfort from home at these locations. Baby Care Centers feature a feeding area, a kitchen with a microwave, an oven, and a sink, a unisex bathroom, etc. The main room has a television, a table, and chairs. Access to these facilities is absolutely complimentary.

In this link you will find tons of information about activities with preschoolers that I am sure you and your mouseketeer will love!

Stacey, I hope this information is useful to you. Have a truly magical vacation with your family!

    See you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
