Natalie,
Thanks for asking me your question to planDisney!
Oh, you are speaking my language! I love the beignets from the
Scat Cat’s Club!
Technically to get from
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort to
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter you would take a bus from the Art of Animation to
Disney Springs, then grab a connecting bus from there to Port Orleans. While I don’t mind the Disney bus system, this could take a while, and that early in the morning you may not find it worth the trip.
What I suggest as alternatives would be these two choices.
Using Disney Resort Transportation: You can hop on the
Disney Skyliner to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, then bus from there to Port Orleans. This should be faster since the first part of the trip should take less time.
Not using Disney Resort Transportation: While the price can vary, getting a Lyft or Uber from the Art of Animation to Port Orleans may not be cost-prohibitive, and could get you there quickly for your yummy morning bites! Of course, you could also get a
Disney Minnie Van Service Connected by Lyft, but that will be more expensive than a standard Lyft fare.
Either way, you end up with a beignet breakfast, and that can never be a bad thing! As they say in New Orleans (and occasionally in Brussels, where I grew up!),
