Hi Heather,
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm glad my fellow panelists have been able to assist you over the years to help you create the most magic out of your Walt Disney World vacations! I'm thrilled to be able to answer your question about Christmas dining at the Walt Disney World Resort! Spending part of the Christmas season at Walt Disney World guarantees your family will experience some wonderful moments! The parks are all decked out in their holiday best, and the resorts boast their own unique take on Christmas trees. A visit to the Gingerbread houses at the Deluxe Resorts, and the
Christmas Tree Trail at Disney Springs helps guests add an extra dose of holiday fun to their stay!
Experiencing Christmas dinner at the resorts can be a wonderful way to celebrate the season. Typically, turkey and all the fixings can be found at
Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom, which serves a traditional meal year round! One non traditional idea may be the holiday sandwich at
Earl of Sandwich in Disney Springs. It's absolutely delicious and can satiate your craving for turkey goodness. In 2019, the
Daily Poutine, also at Disney Springs, offered the Holiday Poutine, which is fries, turkey, gravy and cranberry dressing all in one bowl! Another option might be
ABC Commissary at Disney's Hollywood Studios. They offer a yummy pot roast meal which is definitely a cozy home style dining choice. Most of the food courts at the All Star resorts have also offered special holiday meals, so that may be an option for your family. We hope that these, and other dining options, will be available during the 2020 holiday season.
Heather, at the moment there has not been an official announcement on the seasonal dining at the theme parks or resorts. My best suggestion would be to keep checking the
Disney Parks Blog for new information on the upcoming holiday season. Please keep in mind that as the parks and resorts are continuing their phased reopening, some dining experiences and offerings may not be available.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation and thanks for visiting us again!
