Quick questions on new Disney cruise itin. How far is NYC port from LaGuardia airport? Will they have transportation from airport to ship? And will you pass any landmarks like the Statue of Liberty when you sail away or return? Know this is all new...

    Ahoy Kay!

I'm thrilled to hear you will be cruising on one of the new Disney Cruise Line itineraries out of the Big Apple!  It is sure to be a magical voyage with Captain Mickey and his crew!

The Manhattan Cruise Terminal is located 11 miles from LaGuardia Airport. Depending on New York City traffic, it could be as little as a 30 minute ride or an hour if traffic is heavy!  There are ground transfers available for purchase from the cruise line, and you can add these on to your reservation by calling a Cruise Reservation Agent at (800) 951-3532.  Currently round-trip vouchers are $72 per person, but prices are subject to change.

You will definitely want to have a perfect spot and also have your camera ready as you set sail for your Bahamian adventure!  The sights are going to be spectacular as your cruise by the Statue of Liberty and other well-known New York City landmarks!  I'm sure you will capture some magnificent photos during this memorable sail away!

I hope my answers help you with your cruise planning!

Have a magical day and wonderful cruise vacation!
