    quick question. I am not a fan of buses and was wondering how long and out of the way it would be to take the boat from the WL to Mk to get the monorail to go to Epcot instead of taking the bus? Thanks for your help

    You would likely be adding 15 - 20 minutes to your trip to Epcot by taking the boat/monorail from the Wilderness Lodge rather than the direct bus. The boat trip from the WL to the Magic Kingdom is about 12-15 minutes. And the monorail ride from the MK to Epcot is about 15 minutes. Overall, your actual transportation time is not much more than with taking the bus. The thing that might cause issues for you is the wait for the monorail. Whenever you add a transfer to a Disney transportation situation, you're adding the potential for a wait of up to about 20 minutes for the second transport to arrive. With the monorail, it would likely be less than this, but I would plan for that if you were trying to time travel to a specific meal reservation or something similar.
