    Hi there! Just a quick question... is the only location actually at the gate at WOW to pick up tickets purchased online for both Fl residents and non-residents? Or are there other "will call" locations? Thanks!!

    Hi Danielle!

    Will call tickets can be picked up at any ticket sales location at the theme parks or at the sales windows of the Ticket & Transportation Center. Many times, your resort lobby concierge can also assist with this, but the types of tickets they can distribute is limited (no Annual Passes for instance).

    The Ticket FAQ on Walt Disney World's website is a good resource on these tickets. It offers some info on when they will be ready, and what is needed to pick up the tickets.
