Quick question on lightening lane multi passes and dining reservations with park hopper. We plan to go to MK first and then go to EPCOT for dinner. I reserved dining in EPCOT. Will that will restrict my ability to reserve rides in MK that day?

    Welcome to planDisney, Wendy!

You've come to the right place with your question, and I'm happy to help! Lighting Lane Passes are a fantastic way to experience the theme parks, especially during the holiday season! With Multi Pass, you'll purchase the pass for the park you plan to visit first that day. In your case, you can purchase a Magic Kingdom pass and make your first three reservations for this park. Once your first pass is redeemed, you can open up your My Disney Experience mobile app and select another for Magic Kingdom or begin booking available EPCOT passes. Your dining reservations for EPCOT won't be affected, and you can enjoy your morning at Magic Kingdom!

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will be in full swing during your visit, and if you haven't made a dining package reservation for the Candlelight Processional, make them as soon as possible! A fabulous meal, followed by a magical performance with a celebrity narrator, live choir, and orchestra, and guaranteed seating? Yes, please! My kids are looking forward to the Holiday Cookie Stroll and Olaf's Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt, too, which are perfect activities with little ones.

Wendy, thank you again for visiting planDisney. I hope you have the most magical holiday visit to Walt Disney World!

    'Tis the Season!
