Hi, I have a quick dining meal plan on my booking. Please could you tell me what is included as I was told it did not include a refillable drink service? Thanks

Hi Luke and welcome to planDisney.

As one of the current UK panellists, it will be my absolute pleasure to answer your question about an upcoming visit to my favourite holiday destination - Walt Disney World!

It sounds as though you booked a Hotel + Ticket package when a Free Dining and Drinks Deal was being offered, here in the UK.

As part of this promotion, if you selected to stay at a Value Resort Hotel, you would receive 1 x free Quick-Service Meal (including 1 x free Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal) per person, per night of your stay.

I, myself, took advantage of this Special Offer and can tell you that when I log into my own My Disney Experience App, under details, in the Hotel Reservations section, it states "DR Hotel Pkg with Quick Meal DP".

This is different to the Quick-Service Dining Plan which includes 2 x Quick-Service Meals, 1 x Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal, 1 x selected Snack or Drink for each night of your stay plus, a Resort-Refillable Mug.

Depending on your arrival date, Luke, if you wanted to, you should be able to upgrade your Quick-Service Meal Plan to the full Quick-Service Dining Plan and simply pay the difference between the two. You would need to contact the Company who you have made your booking with, in order to do this.

Alternatively, you can purchase Resort-Refillable Mugs on arrival at your Disney Resort hotel. The currently cost of purchasing one is $22.99 plus tax. The mugs are valid for the length of your stay and can be used at any Disney Resort hotel not just the one where you are staying.

My family always purchase these when we visit Walt Disney World as not only do they save us money, they are also a super cute souvenir to take home with you. Although the mugs cannot be refilled at the Theme Parks and Water Parks, we usually fill them up as we are leaving our hotel and then refill them with complimentary iced water from Quick-Service dining locations throughout the day.

Top Tip - Be sure to take advantage of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering when redeeming your Quick-Service meals during your stay. This is so easy to use and means you can spend less time waiting in line for food during your visit - what's not to like?

I hope that this has answered your question, Luke. Please feel free to revisit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any other help with the planning of your trip.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
