Hi there, Yadira, and Happy Friday!
Sounds like you were one of the many guests hoping to grab a
Magic Key recently. I'm so sorry that the queue closed before you were able to make your purchase. The Magic Keys sure are popular, especially for those of us who are somewhat local in California.
We don't quite know when the
Disneyland Resort will open up sales for the passes again, but when they do, I can give you some tips on preparing for their release. In the past, the queue has opened at 9 am PST, and guests have been able to log into their Disney account on a web browser or the
Disneyland app as early as 8:45 am PST. This will get you into the queue, although as you just experienced, being in the queue doesn't guarantee the ability to purchase a Magic Key. You'll also want to make sure your residence and billing addresses are updated and accurate, along with your preferred payment method.
It also looks like you're in California, so if you happen to live within zip codes 90000-93599, with a government-issued photo ID showing proof of residency, you are eligible for the current special, the
Southern California Resident Ticket. This is a 3-day, 1 Park per day ticket, with the option to upgrade to a park hopper and bonus - it doesn't need to be used consecutively. You can review the terms and conditions of that ticket here.
With all of the exciting events for 2024, Yadira, you'll want to plan a visit soon. Let's hope the Magic Key pass sales are just around the Riverbend!
Magic awaits!
