Just going over some questions about being served alcoholic drinks and ID. Do Disney servers require seeing ID from everyone before serving or just someone of a questionable age?

    Hi Kari!

I did a bit of research on this to get you the best answer. Of course the legal age for buying and drinking alcohol is 21. Based on what I've heard and seen, servers do ask for photo IDs (acceptable forms include a driver's license, military id, passport and/or state issued card) from guests of all ages, not just guests who appear underage. I found instances of guests who were 70 years old being asked for a photo ID (which made their day!), as well as younger guests, in their 40s and 30s. It's a best practice for servers to ask all guests for a photo ID to ensure the safety of everyone.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
