Hi I have 2 questions about DDP...When booking a dinner show on the DDP (2 credits), how do we book it, its asking for full payment up front??? Also do restaurants like the Chinese one in EPCOT cater for children who don't like Chinese food

Hi, Debra! Even though you will eventually be using your Disney Dining Plan entitlements, you will have to pay for Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue in advance. There are a few dining experiences at Walt Disney World that require Guests to pre-pay for the meal upon booking, like the dinner shows and Cinderella's Royal Table. Your card will be charged at the time you reserve your meal. When you arrive for one of those meals, you can then utilize your Disney Dining Plan and get a refund. Simply tell the Cast Member serving you that you have a Dining Plan and want to use it instead of leaving the meal on your credit card. The Cast Member will deduct the Disney Dining Plan credits from your entitlements and refund your credit card. Make sure to bring that original credit card with you to the meal. You can view the menus for all the restaurants by checking out one of my favorite unofficial websites, allears.net. Simply select Walt Disney World, Dining, then Menus on their home page. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
