Question staying at AKL in Sept, want ADRs at Cont, Poly, and Beach Club for brkfst at 7:30-8 AM. Can I use the Disney Transportation that early? I know there are no direct buses to them, so how? Could use cab, but have 4yr, need seat won't have, Thank!

    Hi Craig,

I'm staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in September too, if you're there at the end of the month be sure to say hi if you see me!

Disney transport starts running very early in the morning, generally 2 hours before the parks open but always check at your resorts guest services the day before just to check, so you should be able to get to your reservations in time. The easiest way to get to both the Contemporary and the Polynesian is to catch a bus to the Magic Kingdom. You can then catch the monorail to access both resorts or there is a walking path to the Contemporary. It's also worth telling your bus driver where you're headed as you board because sometimes they get special permission to transport guests directly to the hotel. To get to the Beach Club is slightly more difficult, you'll need to catch a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios and then catch the boat to the Boardwalk where the Beach Club is. This could take about an hour so allow plenty of time.

If you would prefer to take a taxi ask at your resort if any taxis they use carry child seats or if you could order one. It's always worth asking!

    Have a fantastic trip,
