    My question is regarding access to the Top of the World Lounge. Is it available for anyone staying in a room booked using a DVC member's reservation or only those staying with the DVC member?

    Hi Bill,

    Oh the Top of The World Lounge. This exclusive location high atop Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort offers some of the very best views of Walt Disney World Resort. I adore this space.

    Access to this 16th-floor observation deck and lounge is restricted to Disney Vacation Club Members currently staying at any Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and their named Guests on the same reservation. To access the elevator used exclusively for the journey to the top, a DVC Member must stop by the concierge podium in the lobby and present a valid Membership card or MagicBand with a PIN. Then you will be escorted down the hallway to the far elevator, and the Concierge Cast Member will swipe a key card to permit the elevator to reach the highest floor.

    If you do journey to the Top of the World Lounge and are hoping to enjoy a tasty meal with your beautiful beverages, I recommend the flatbread!
