Hello there, Rodney! Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and asking your wonderful Disneyland Resort vacation question!
We are so excited that
Disneyland Resort is finally reopening to the public! At this time, Disneyland Resort is in the initial stages of its phased reopening so you may notice some changes during your upcoming visit. Some of these include enhanced cleaning procedures across the property, temporary adjustments to promote physical distancing, and modified experiences to reduce contact. Additionally, all Guests ages two and up must wear a face-covering during their visit except when actively eating or drinking while stationary and maintaining approbate physical distance from other Guests.
Until June 15th, 2021, all Guests must be California residents in order to enter Disneyland Resort theme parks. Proof of your residency may be required before entry. It is totally understandable that your daughter does not have her state license at this time! An alternative document to prove her residency may also be acceptable. Some examples include official documents with her name and address clearly stated such as school documents. You may also want to provide a photo ID, such as a school ID, as well.
It is also important to note that all Guests must have a
reservation before entering either theme park! Reservations may now be made whenever you purchase your theme park tickets. It is highly recommended that Guests check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar online prior to booking their stay to verify availability during their anticipated travel dates!
I hope you and your family have a magical time visiting Disneyland Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you in the future!
