Here is my question. I did my online check in already and it didnt give me the option to select my room preferences It does show me an option to update it but when i select the drop down box it doesnt have any options for room preferences. What do i do?

    Hi Brittni,

Ooh...I see that your vacation is just a couple of weeks away! I'm so excited for you and hope you're counting down the days to all of the magic and fun you'll soon experience! Plus, with Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival going on, you're coming at a great time of year!

I wanted to let you know that the exact same thing happened to me when I tried to check in online so I chatted with a Cast Member about it. She told me that they're currently making enhancements to the online check-in system, so while you're still able to complete online check-in, the room request feature may not be working. It sounds like that's what you're experiencing. If you made the Resort hotel reservation yourself, I'd suggest calling a Cast Member at 407-934-7639 and they'll be happy to note any room requests you may have. If you booked your trip through a travel agent, they'll need to be the one to make the requests on your behalf. If you have more than one request, I'd be sure to tell them which one is most important to you. While room requests cannot be guaranteed, they will do their best to find the perfect room for you!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brittni, and please let us know if you have any other questions before your trip! I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
