I have a question about online check in and adding charging priveledges on the KTTW card. If we do online check in and want to leave cash for charging on the card can we still do this at check in? Or should we skip online check in? Thanks!

    Hi Shelley,

I love the ease and convenience of online check-in. It has helped speed up the desk time needed once you arrive to the resort and helps get you on your way to play sooner.

The idea behind the online check in is to prevent the exchanging of money or credit card information at the resort when you arrive, by handling beforehand. I have not attempted to change anything at the online check in desk but imagine the Cast Members will do their best to assist you.

My suggestions are to either skip online check-in and handle it once you arrive, it shouldn't take that much longer, or leave your credit card on file and check in online. Once you have arrived and begun your vacation, stop back at the front desk at some point and add cash to your portfolio. They will require a credit card on file for you to have charging privileges anyway. I actually did this on my last stay and it was very easy. I left my card on file, charged to my room and twice during my stay just went to the desk and added cash to the balance. This allowed me to charge, however my credit card was not charged as it was deducted from the cash balance I had left on the room. Just be sure you check in and pay the balance prior to your last night otherwise your card will be automatically charged.

Hope you have an amazing time!
