Hi there, I have a question about my meal plan. I have 3 boys who eat quite a bit. I believe kids quick service meals include entree, drink, side, and dessert. Can my boys choose the adult q/s meal instead(larger entree, drink, dessert)?

Hi, Renate!  If your boys are between the ages of 3 and 9, the dining plan will require them to purchase the kids meals.  There are, however, options that might help fill these guys up.  Be Our Guest, for example, is a quick service location for lunch, and the meals there are really full meals.  Kids can choose a meatloaf entree, that includes a healthy serving of vegetables.  The Liberty Inn at EPCOT has a burger offering that comes with grapes and carrots, but there's also a great fixings bar that will let the kids add pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and all sorts of condiments to their burgers.  Columbia Harbor House at the Magic Kingdom has a healthy portion of macaroni and cheese, and the meal includes a yogurt and grapes to round out the perfect balanced lunch.

You may find that with the meals and snacks offered on the dining plan, they'll be pretty full.  I frequently see moms picking up snacks to take home on the last day because their kids were too full to enjoy them during the trip!

Have a great time on your upcoming vacation!
