    Hello, My question is: If I'm not staying on the property can I get a dining plan with the percuss of my tickets? Also if we are staying during a value season do I get a discount? Thank you for your help.

    Unfortunately no, the dining plan is a program that they only run through their resort hotel program. You have to be staying at a Disney resort hotel to do this.

    Here is an alternate suggestion. Often I find that to plan ahead I will save money leading up to a vacation and put it on a Visa gift card. Kind of a forced budgeting for me. I set all that money aside, over time, so that it is there when we leave for vacation. And of course if I don't spend it all, it is money I can still bring home with me to spend!
