Hello, This is my other question. I have hotel reservation for my mother and daughter to stay on a disneyworld resort from March 6th-March 11th but their 3-day park tickets dont start until March 8th. Will they still be able to access the resort?

    Hello Alejandra!  Welcome to planDisney!

Your mother and daughter are going to have such an incredible time at Walt Disney World Resort! No matter which Disney Resorts Collection hotel they're staying at, they're sure to easily find their way around on the complimentary transportation, and enjoy all the benefits that staying right on property has to offer.  Not only will they be able to enjoy Early Theme Park Entry, where Guests staying at a Disney Resort are able to access the Theme Parks 30 minutes early each day, but they might even have a chance to stay for Extended Evening Theme Park Hours if they're staying at a Deluxe Resort!

If you're hoping to add on to the Theme Park tickets you've already purchased, so that your mother and daughter have even more days to spend in the Parks, you can do so by calling a friendly Cast Member at (407)934-7639.  If they would rather wait until they arrive at the Resort, they can always head to any Guest Relations window and also upgrade there.

However, if you're wondering if there are other things to do at Walt Disney World Resort besides the Theme Parks then you're in luck!  Not only will your mother and daughter be gladly welcomed to their Resort, they'll have a few days to rest before running through the Theme Parks! Many Guests choose to include a "rest day" within their vacation.  Between the beautiful Resort pools, playgrounds and immersive theming, they might not even feel the need to leave their Resort!

If they want to venture out, Disney's complimentary transportation is a fun and easy way to get around the entire 40 square mile Resort.  Disney Springs, Disney's premier shopping and dining area even includes entertainment like bowling and Vintage Amphicar tours!  I would highly recommend they spend some time exploring this area on one of their rest days.  Between the enormous World of Disney store, humongous cookies at Gideon's Bakehouse, and the gigantic thrills you can find at Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil & Disney, they certainly won't run out of things to do or snack on!

I hope you and your family have fun finalizing their plans and that they have a truly magical vacation!
