Hi, Julie! I am glad to hear you have made your dining reservations in advance of your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort! There are so many magical dining locations all across the Resort. I was just able to try a few new ones this week and cannot wait to go back!
Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is now high on my “must do again” list. I even gave the
new plant-based menu options a try and was thoroughly amazed. How in the world did they get hearts of palm to have the texture of crab in their crab cakes? It absolutely blew me away!
When making your dining reservations, be sure to pay attention to the cancellation policy of each restaurant, as there are different policies in place for various venues. Some of them require a one-day cancellation, while others may require 48 hours or longer. You can also look at the email confirmation sent when you booked the dining experience to see that location’s current policy.
While I can certainly understand how you may not want to take too much time away from the fun of your vacation to go eat, you will need to adhere to the current cancellation policy. If you just walk away from the location after checking in with the Cast Members, you risk
having the cancellation fee charged to your credit card. Personally, I have never waited too long for a table while at Walt Disney World Resort. If you do have an issue with the wait and have a very important date, simply speak with the Cast Members at the check-in podium to see if there is anything that could be done to assist you.
I hope this information helps you plan for a very delicious evening! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
