Hello! My question is about a child’s age. The day we arrive she will be 2, but on her 3rd birthday we have a reservation at BBB. How does this impact park ticket purchase?

    Royal Greetings Taysha,

A big warm welcome to planDisney with this super special question! I think it's absolutely wonderful that you'll be celebrating your daughter's third birthday at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Walt Disney World is the perfect backdrop for such a special milestone that will make her celebration truly one-of-a-kind.

A visit to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a Bibbidi Bobbidi BEAUTIFUL way to celebrate turning three! The whole experience is pure Disney magic. It's one of those moments you'll never forget, and honestly, there's nothing quite like seeing her face light up when she sees herself as a princess for the very first time.

You're right! Little Mouseketeers who are two years old and younger can enjoy the parks without a theme park ticket. Once she turns three, though, she'll need a valid ticket for park entry, and that includes experiences inside the parks such as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

Want to add a little extra pixie dust to your daughter's big day? After her royal makeover, take a quick stroll over to Sir Mickey's in Fantasyland...it's right around the corner. Inside, you'll find the Royal Portrait Studio, where Disney PhotoPass photographers can snap photos of her in her freshly transformed princess style. It's the perfect way to capture the magic of the moment and create a keepsake you'll treasure long after her birthday has passed.

I would also recommend visiting Princess Fairytale Hall while your daughter is dressed in her royal finest. There she can meet Cinderella, Tiana, and other visiting princesses for a magical character meet-and-greet filled with smiles and hugs. And one of my personal favorites for little ones who adore princesses is Enchanted Tales with Belle. This interactive experience invites Guests right into Belle's story. Your little one can even take part in the retelling of Beauty and the Beast alongside Belle herself!

Taysha, I hope this information has been helpful, and I hope you have the BEST DAY EVER celebrating your very special princess. Thank you for visiting us at planDisney! Come back and see us real soon!

Sending you pixie dust and dreams,
