    I have a question. Back in 2001 during our first trip to Disney world we saw this show while walking through Italy in Epcot, It had dancing ladies with big dresses that had wheels, they walked out of the dresses and danced more. Who knows the name of this

    Wow!  You have a great memory!  One of my favorite things about visiting World Showcase at Epcot is seeing the live entertainment as we stroll through the countries.  If I'm remembering correctly, that show in Italy you saw was called "Bella Fortuna." I believe it ran until late 2001.  Today, you can see Sergio (a juggler and mime) as you make your way through Italy.
