Are the queen beds at Art of Animation, true queen beds, or doubles?

ChEARs Audrey, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Resorts are my favorite “attraction” at Walt Disney World Resort, and I think you have picked one of the best! Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is the perfect blend of fun for littles and adults. The Family Suites can accommodate up to six adults, which makes staying “together” super convenient, and the pool is one of my favorites on property!

The queen beds in the Family Suites are actual “queen” beds. The pulldown Murphy bed is a double, and so is the sleeper sofa. All of these spots to sleep accommodate up to six adults! The beds in the Little Mermaid standard rooms are either two doubles or one king. I think the best thing about the Suites is that there are two bathrooms, which is a MUST! You will also have a small kitchenette with a microwave and a small refrigerator.

Audrey, you are staying at the Resort just in time to take advantage of the Big Blue Pool before it is renovated! As I said, it is one of the best pools on property. Not only because it’s the biggest, but keep an EAR out when you are swimming underwater - you might hEAR some favorite friends from Finding Nemo!

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. I wish you a vacation that is practically perfect in every way.
