Welcome to planDisney, Danielle. Since time is of the essence with your question, let's get to it.
In short, I'd get to the park pretty close to the park opening. Once the park opens for all Guests and the ride starts boarding, the
My Disney Experience mobile app will begin to update with which groups are boarding. Once your group is called, you will have an hour window to tap into the ride.
When we were at
Magic Kingdom Park toward the beginning of July, we noticed that Boarding Groups through the
Virtual Queue for
Tiana's Bayou Adventure were called pretty quickly after each other. Just note that this ride cannot run during inclement weather since it's outdoors and involves water. So if it closes due to inclement weather or maintenance, boarding will be paused. But don't worry, Cast Members will work very hard to get it back up and running as soon as it's safe to do so.
Danielle, enjoy that trip down the bayou and if you're like me, you'll want some of Tiana's man-catching beignets after all that fun. Be sure to stop by
Golden Oak Outpost for
Tiana's Famous Beignets and if they still have the limited-time Frozen Bayou Lavender Lemonade, you'll probably want to give that a try as well!
Reach out again if you have any questions and if you need immediate assistance, don't be afraid to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the resort or use the very handy "Chat With Us" feature on the My Disney Experience mobile app!
Your very special spice makes us complete,
Matt
