    Put pass under wrong name. When I went to delete could not add back park reservation. Now shows park full- I could fix for one of kids but not for annimal kingdom, so cant get in

    I am wild about Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. The first thing I look forward to upon entering this stunning park is exploring Pandora - The World of Avatar. Afterward, I stop at Creature Comforts Coffee Shop for a delicious and warm Colossal Cinnamon Roll that just happens to be Mickey-shaped and some magic in a cup!

    Stuart, I can completely empathize with you as I’ve made similar mistakes in the past! Let’s discuss how to help you figure this out before your day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park arrives. The Disney Park Pass reservations are non-transferrable from Guest to Guest. If the park is not showing availability, it is possible that the new reservation may not be able to be made. Since it sounds like there were some changes made, I would recommend you contact the Internet-Help Desk team. They can be reached at 407-939-4357. Cast Members are available from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., Eastern Time, seven days a week.
