Hi, Pam! We're happy you stopped by planDisney with your question!
I'm guessing you may be referring to the tickets that Cast Members receive from Walt Disney Company as a token of appreciation for their services. My nephew was a former Disney College Program participant, and the Guest Passes gave him a chance to show his friends and family the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Sometimes he affectionately calls them "Chip and Dale Tickets," as that's who appears on them, but Cast Members can also receive Main Entrance Passes.
He explained that instructions on linking Guest Passes to your
My Disney Experience account are on the HUB website for Cast Members under the Complimentary Admissions tab. However, the passes can only be linked to the same My Disney Experience account as your employee self-admission pass; otherwise, it won't work. This way, your Guests will be able to utilize them with a Magic Band or
Disney MagicMobile. Just make sure you are with them, as you'll need to show your Disney blue ID card to scan them into the Park. If you have any issues using your Guest Passes, you can go to Guest Relations at
EPCOT, where they will be happy to help sort everything out.
Before you go, Pam, don't forget to make those
Park Pass reservations. Here's another planDisney tip: after passing those turnstiles, take a moment to stop to get a group shot with your guests with a Tiny World Magic Shot in front of Spaceship Earth. I hope you have a magical time!
