Can you put a different credit card number on your magicband that's different what on your reservation?

    Heigh-Ho Denise

Great questions and one I can definitely answer. Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort are allowed charging privileges on their Disney MagicBand.  During online check-in, Guests are asked to include a credit card and choose a PIN. This PIN will be used at the time you tap your Disney MagicBand on a touch point and are instructed to enter your PIN for security reasons. Ultimately the credit card on file is the one that will be charged at the end of your stay for all occurring purchases on your Disney MagicBand plus room charges.

However, Guests can visit the Front Desk daily and use another method of payment to pay towards the charges on their resort bill. In fact, I usually have Disney Gift Cards and other monetary gift cards I use for this purpose. At the end of the day, I stop by and ask a Cast Member to kindly accrue my daily charges and pay them down with my gift cards, or in your case another credit card. It helps keep me on track for budgeting and allows me to allocate my trip funds the way I want.

Continue to ask us any further curiouser and curiouser questions you may have and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
