Hi Cynthia! Welcome to planDisney.
No worries! The default delivery method when
purchasing tickets on the Walt Disney World website is via email. If you did not change this during the checkout process to select delivery via the U.S. Postal Service or express delivery via UPS, you will be receiving digital tickets. I understand that your purchase confirmation email may have stated that you will need to pick up your tickets at will-call. If you would prefer to use plastic ticket cards for admission, you may visit a will-call window to pick them up. Be sure to bring a photo ID, your purchase confirmation, and the credit card used for payment.
If you were signed in to your
My Disney Experience account when completing your purchase, your tickets may have been "automagically" linked to your account. If not, you'll be able to
link them using the ticket confirmation number found in your email. You can view any tickets linked to your account in the
My Disney Experience mobile app by using the menu button in the lower right corner to select "Tickets and Passes". Once linked, you can access your admission for park entry using a
MagicBand or by creating a
Disney MagicMobile pass for each Guest in the My Disney Experience mobile app. To create a Disney MagicMobile pass, select "Add to Device" below each ticket. Guests with their own My Disney Experience account should create their own Disney MagicMobile pass on their own devices.
Don't forget to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. To enter a theme park, all Guests ages 3 and up must have both valid admission and a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation.
I hope that helps! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by planDisney again anytime. Enjoy your visit!
