    I was purchasing my tickets online and had to reload the payment page because it froze. When I did this it shows that the day (4/2) is no longer available! Please help. We have to go on this day as my daughter is dancing in the parade. Thanks!

    Hey there, Genaro! Congratulations on your daughter being one of the performers during a Disneyland Resort parade. You must be so proud!

    If you were able to fix your problem already – great! If not, my best recommendation is to continue to check the reservation availability calendar. I’ve seen reservations open up even the day before or the morning of. I especially recommend checking a few times in the early morning hours.

    I hope everything works out for your visit. If you do visit Disneyland Resort, you are definitely going to want to take pictures and videos of this special moment. So, don’t forget to pack a fully charged external charger. I also recommend swinging by a Guest Relations booth to pick up a free Celebration button to commemorate this occasion for your daughter!
