Welcome, Julie!
Visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort anytime of year is always special, but there is so much extra magic when you visit during the holidays, especially leading up to Christmas! My family and I have created so many special memories during our November and December Disney trips with the parks decked out for Christmas and all of the special events taking place, like
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! We love that even though we are leaving the snow behind in Ohio at the time of year, enjoying what's usually a warmer time in Orlando, we still get to experience the "snowfall" on Main Street during the party! What fun! Plus, the Once Upon A Christmastime Parade is our all time favorite! Well, it's probably a tie between that parade and the Boo To You! Parade at
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. So, be prepared for a really special night at the party, Julie!
Since guests need to purchase separate party tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you're welcome to use your regular park tickets to enjoy either
Magic Kingdom for the morning and afternoon or another park that day before arriving at Magic Kingdom for the party with your party tickets. Keep in mind those party tickets are valid only for the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party that begins at 7:00 p.m. (although often guests are able to get in as early as 4:00 p.m. with this party ticket), so if you visit another park, or even Magic Kingdom earlier that day, you'll be using one of your regular
park tickets.
I hope that helps as you continue to plan for this exciting vacation, Julie! Have so much fun!
Marcy
