Hello Angelique, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for visiting with your question today. Your wintertime visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth will be here before you know it! I love your idea of utilizing
Lightning Lane passes to pack the most into your Disney day. Let's talk about a strategy that will work best for your party.
When you link a guest's My Disney account under
My Family & Friends, it's identifying that unique individual and their valid park ticket. Each guest is allowed to purchase one Lightning Lane Multi Pass and up to 2 Single Passes per day. So even with your idea of having two different guests try to make a separate purchase, I don't think
My Disney Experience will allow you to purchase 2 Lightning Lane Multi Passes for the same guests on the same park date.
But I do have some good news that may help get your magical plans back on track! When you purchase your Lightning Lane Multi Pass, your initial 3 selections will need to be made from one park. But because you have the Park Hopper option on your tickets, as soon as you tap in to your first attraction for the day... you can immediately log on and grab another Lightning Lane selection for a different park you plan to hop to that day (based on availability). This really maximizes the value of your Lightning Lane Multi Pass purchase!
Now a tip regarding which park you should choose for the Multi Pass purchase. I'd recommend selecting the park with the attractions in highest demand, and start there for the day. So for example, if you plan to visit Hollywood Studios - that would be my choice for your morning, and Lightning Lane Multi Pass purchase. Magic Kingdom is typically a good one to hop to second, as it has the most attractions and potential Lightning Lane passes still available for later in the evening.
It may also be a great idea to stack 1-2 Lightning Lane Single Passes with your Multi Pass! These passes are reserved for the most popular attractions in each park, including favorites like TRON Lightcycle / Run, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. I think combining these with your Multi Pass is going to allow you to pack in all kinds of pixie-dusted experiences!
Angelique, I hope this helps. If I can answer any other questions or provide specific park plans please send me another
message at planDisney. I'll be wishing upon a star that you have a wonderful trip to Disney World!
Magical memories await,
Tami
