Hello Ann, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how many locations you can use a
Disney Dining Plan. Not only can it be used in the Theme Parks and
Water Parks, but also at every
Disney Resort Hotel and locations throughout
Disney Springs.
An easy way to see where you can use a particular plan is to filter
this list of dining locations. On the upper right side of the page, you'll see a drop-down menu for "Dining Plans Accepted". Select a dining plan, and presto! You'll have a list of restaurants where it can be used. Please note that this list will show you
meal locations. There is not an actual list of locations where you can redeem a
Snack credit, probably because the list would be pages and pages long! Almost every single-serving food or non-alcoholic beverage item that is not an entree is considered a snack. You will find snack items at
Quick-Service dining locations, as well as stands and carts throughout the parks. Many "grab and go" items at your Disney Resort Hotel are also eligible snack items.
