We are purchasing 5 day tickets. My plan of action is 2 days for MK and 1 day at each of the other parks. Does this seem like the best plan of action? We are planning to take one day off in the middle for a beach trip also.

Hi, Janet! Sounds like you've got this under control! I love this plan! My family and I also generally spend one day each at Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Two days for the Magic Kingdom is good, too.  The only place we differ is on Epcot.  It is my family's favorite theme park, so we spend two days each trip exploring Future World and World Showcase. This hasn't always been the case, but my kids are older now (13 and 15), and they love Epcot as much as I do.  When they were younger, it was Magic Kingdom all the way! Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
