We are purchasing Annual Passes and visiting this December, plus 3 more times in 2018. We are staying on property 2 of the 4 times and I'm wondering if we should get the dining plan, or just use the AP discount? Which is a better deal generally?

    Dear Whitney,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about the Annual Passholder dining discounts versus the Disney Dining Plan!

I am also an Annual Passholder and I love to take advantage of the terrific discounts that are available to us! I recommend taking a close look at the restaurants that you plan to go to, and whether or not they have a discount for Annual Passholders. That will help you to plan out your cost savings a bit when comparing to the Disney Dining Plan. It's such a personal choice based on your family's dining habits and preferences, so I can't really give you a blanket statement of what would make the most sense for you.

Something else to take into consideration is the Tables in Wonderland program, which offers significant savings on a wide variety of Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. Have you checked that out? It's good for an entire year, so that might be an awesome choice for you as well!

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
