Hello Amy!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's a whole new world at the Walt Disney World Resort so I am glad you've stopped by to ask a great question about
returning to a world of magic. Like yourself I am always looking for a way to stretch a dollar especially when it comes to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I am glad you took advantage of the discount tickets available to AAA members. It's my pleasure to help guide you in the right direction as how to link your ticket or confirmation number.
Amy, on the certificate that was mailed to you, you should see a confirmation number for your
Annual Pass purchase. Simply log into your
My Disney Experience account and click on 'Tickets and Passes', from there you will click the 'Link Tickets & Passes' icon. At this point you should be able to type in the confirmation number and link your Walt Disney World Annual Pass. Please keep in mind this simply links the Annual Pass to your account so you can use the
Disney Park Pass system. When you arrive at a Theme Park for the first time you will need to stop by a ticket window or Guest Relations window to have your Annual Pass activated. Cast Members will ask for your confirmation number and your photo ID. The Cast Member who activates your ticket will give you a hard copy of the Annual Pass to keep in a safe place. This hard copy is also your discount card so keep it handy when you visit the parks.
If by following these steps you are still having trouble, please
call the Annual Passholders help line and a friendly Cast Member can walk you through the process. I know you are anxious to make those Disney Park reservations. I am anxiously awaiting making mine for a trip next year. If you think of anything else we can assist you with, please pop in again. We'd be happier than Pooh with a hunny pot to help you out.
Dream as Dreamers Do,
Jen
