Welcome to planDisney, Diane!
I love reminiscing about my family's magical vacation memories over the years through my
Disney PhotoPass photos. We always giggle at our silly attraction photos, and it is so fun to see what surprises appear in our photos with Magic Shots. Guests may purchase individual photos or can
purchase Memory Maker to download all their Disney PhotoPass photos for one price.
Once you have captured your first Disney PhotoPass photo at Walt Disney World Resort, you will "activate" your Memory Maker by downloading your photo. You will then have
30 days in which to capture additional photos. You can
begin downloading your photos immediately after they are captured, or you are welcome to wait until you return home and download them all at once. Be sure to
download your photos before they expire, 45 days after the date on which they were captured.
As long as you have already purchased Memory Maker and linked it to your My Disney Experience account, there is nothing else you need to do prior to capturing your first photo. You should be able to view your Memory Maker entitlement on the
My Disney Experience website under "My Plans". Scroll down to where you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets". On the left side next to "Daily Itinerary" select "Tickets & Memory Maker". Memory Maker purchases will be at the bottom of the list. If you don't see it there, you can
link your Memory Maker using the number provided in your purchase confirmation email.
I hope that helps! Please feel free to stop by planDisney again with any additional questions you may have, or
give the helpful Disney PhotoPass team a call at (407) 560-4300.
Enjoy your visit!
Anne Marie
