I purchased the wrong age tickets. The website was clashing on me so I ended up paying for the tickets of ages 3-9 when I wanted to pay for the 10+. What can I do. I don’t mind paying a little more.

Hello, Kimberly, and welcome to planDisney!

We invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair, as planDisney proudly presents your answer!

I am so sorry you purchased the wrong Disneyland Theme Park Tickets. The good news is, you can correct this by upgrading your theme park tickets by visiting a Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket Booth in person. Unfortunately, theme park tickets cannot be upgraded over the phone or online. My fellow Panelist, Wes, also mentions that you will need to make a new theme park reservation when you purchase your new tickets and Availability is limited. The Availability Calendar is dynamic and can change at any time, but we both recommend calling to speak to a Cast Member in Ticket Services. Be sure to explain your situation and ask to see if the Cast Member can assist you.

Kimberly, I’m sending you all the Pixie Dust in hopes that it all works out! In the meantime, don’t hesitate to ask if there’s anything else we can help you with!
